Lil’s shift on the castle gate quickly turns into a rollercoaster of royal advisors, magical creatures, and more drama than a fantasy soap opera.
Armed with nothing but a trusty set of tools and a ton of questions, you’ll have to interrogate humans, elves, goblins, and other fantastical beings. Should they enter, get turned away, or find themselves in the castle’s deluxe jail suite? Your call!
But remember, who you let through those gates shapes the kingdom’s destiny. Just the types of decisions that should be left in the hands of a 12 year old – right?
A comedy of errors
The game’s humour draws inspiration from classics like Monty Python and LucasArts adventures like Day of the Tentacle. Laugh, cry, and maybe snort a little as Lil navigates her relationships with her dad and the quirky friends she meets along the way.

Game Description
In this deduction adventure, you play as Lil – an unlikely 12-year-old hero – covering your dad’s shift at the guard shed and are tasked with deciding the fate of over 100 unique characters. You will question humans, elves, goblins, cyclopses, and other fantasy creatures using your powers of deduction to determine who to admit or deny based on how they respond to your questions and your trusty tools. Sending visitors to jail, inadvertently zapping them to smithereens, or letting them go on their merry way are all part of the job. But be careful: who you let through the castle gates will determine the kingdom’s fate.
