Publishers ININ Games are starting to make a name for themselves as the go-to force for reviving retro games lost to time. Ultracore is one 90’s title that they are bringing back today, and so too is Clockwork Aquario.
It’s some 30 years on from being thrown into development hell, unlikely to see the light of day. But now this action-packed, colourful side-scroller is making its way to the modern day. It releases on Xbox.

This is a retro title through and through, with players following Huck Rondo, Elle Moon and the robotic Gush as they stop the evil villain that is Dr. Hangyo.
Your main combat system involves picking up and throwing your enemies all over the place. All as you rack up a high score. Get a local co-op friend involved, and the scores will increase ever more!

Play as Huck Rondo, Elle Moon or robot Gush through the stages of this mystical world to stop Dr. Hangyo from taking over! In this jump and run, pick up and throw your enemies, rack up multipliers to boost your high score and play with friends in a dedicated two-player local coop. Will you collaborate to take down Dr. Hangyo or try to sabotage each other to get the high score?
