Please can everyone Make Way! The latest in absolutely chaotic Micro Machines-esque arcade racing is here for all to enjoy. The catch? You must create your own races from a variety of pieces, before gradually upgrading them to become the toughest of circuits.
Classic Racing
Available now on Xbox and PC – publishers Secret Mode and devs Ice BEAM assure us Switch and PlayStation releases are on their way – Make Way is a rapid little arcade racer that is all about boosts. As well as power-ups and the joy of crashing into other cars.
With up to four players playing locally or online, before entering the track you must build it! Whether you decide to work together to produce a layout that works for all, or try to sabotage each other to gain an advantage, much of the winning is done before you even start your engines.
Movable ramps, huge jumps, and even trains will threaten to derail your race in an instant. And they are just some of the examples of track pieces you can lay down. In fact, the options are near-endless!
Key Features of Make Way on Xbox and PC
- Mix and match unique track pieces and hazards for near-endless course configurations
- Fight for weapons and power-ups to gain the advantage
- Unlock new track pieces and vehicles for wackier races
- Up to four players, on the same screen or online with cross-platform multiplayer
- Toggle traps and safety barriers on or off to make those twisty turns easier (or more perilous!) using fully customisable rulesets
Play Your Way

Oh, and of course we will have our full review of Make Way on Xbox coming soon. We bet some of our resident petrolheads can’t wait to get their hands on this one!
Make Way on Xbox Game Description
Make Way is classic, top-down, multiplayer racing shifted up multiple gears.
Grab track pieces from a pick n mix menu and snap them together to build your first course. Dodge hazards, unleash weaponry, and avoid falling off the edge in a chaotic rush to the finish line, then bolt on new track pieces for the next round.
Scrap across ever-growing courses with increasingly perilous features until a winner is crowned before starting over with a brand-new course.
